Services

I believe mental health care should be compassionate, unhurried, and rooted in understanding the whole person. I believe medication can be helpful and necessary, but not the only path to healing. True treatment explores root causes, honors culture and lived experience, and integrates mind, body, and spirit in a clinically responsible way.

At Zola Rising Mental Health and Wellness, PLLC, care is collaborative and individualized. Each treatment plan is designed with intention, blending evidence-based psychiatry with holistic strategies when appropriate.

Diagnoses and Conditions Treated

I work with adults navigating a range of mental health concerns, including:

Anxiety disorders
Depressive disorders
ADHD
Trauma and PTSD
Grief and complicated bereavement
Stress and burnout
Mood disorders
Life transitions and identity-related stress
Caregiver stress
Neurodivergence

If you are unsure whether your concerns fit into one of these categories, we can explore that together during your consultation.

Treatment Modalities

Psychiatric Evaluation and Medication Management
Comprehensive assessments that explore your symptoms, history, lifestyle, and medical background. Medication is prescribed thoughtfully and collaboratively, with careful monitoring and education about risks, benefits, and alternatives.

Psychotherapy-Informed Care
While sessions may include medication management, they are grounded in therapeutic conversation. I integrate supportive therapy, trauma-informed care, and practical skill building into our time together.

Root Cause Assessment
When appropriate, we explore contributing biological and lifestyle factors. This may include specialized lab work, nutritional considerations, sleep patterns, stress load, and behavioral patterns that influence mental health.

Nutraceuticals and Supplements
Evidence-informed recommendations for vitamins, minerals, and herbal supports when clinically appropriate. Supplements are used strategically, not casually, and always in alignment with your overall treatment plan.

Lifestyle and Behavior Modification
We examine daily habits that influence mood and focus, including movement, nutrition, sleep hygiene, boundaries, and nervous system regulation practices.

Breathwork and Nervous System Regulation
Simple, practical techniques to help calm anxiety, reduce stress reactivity, and increase resilience. These tools can be integrated into daily life.

Herbal Education
Guidance on safe, supportive herbal options when appropriate, especially for individuals interested in natural adjuncts to care.

What It’s Like to Work Together

Working together begins with a thoughtful conversation about your experiences, your goals, and what has or hasn’t helped in the past. I take time to understand the full context of your life rather than focusing only on symptoms.

Appointments are designed to be collaborative and unhurried. We explore the biological, emotional, cultural, and environmental factors that may be affecting your mental health, and we develop a treatment plan together.

Treatment may include a combination of approaches such as medication management, lifestyle adjustments, targeted lab work, supplements, and mind–body practices when appropriate. Medication is considered thoughtfully and used as one tool among many.

My role is not simply to diagnose and prescribe, but to partner with you in understanding what is happening and finding a path forward that feels sustainable and aligned with your values.

Above all, my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as you move toward greater clarity, stability, and well-being.

Appointments + Rates

Zola Rising Mental Health & Wellness currently offers secure telehealth appointments for patients throughout Arizona.

I accept select insurance plans through Alma, and many clients use their insurance benefits for psychiatric evaluations and medication management visits.

Because my approach is integrative and holistic, some services—such as extended wellness consultations, lifestyle psychiatry, and herbal or nutraceutical guidance—may be offered as self-pay services.

This model allows clients to access insurance-covered psychiatric care while also having the option to explore deeper, personalized wellness support.

My goal is to make thoughtful, culturally responsive mental health care accessible while providing the time and attention each client deserves.

Out-of-Network Benefits
If your insurance plan is not accepted, I can provide a superbill (itemized receipt) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits.

Cash pay pricing is listed below.

90-Minute Initial Evaluation — $325
A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation where we review your history, current concerns, medical background, lifestyle factors, and treatment goals. This extended appointment allows time for thoughtful assessment and collaborative treatment planning.

60-Minute Follow-Up Appointment — $225
These extended sessions allow for deeper therapeutic work, medication adjustments, lifestyle review, and integrative treatment planning.

30-Minute Follow-Up Appointment — $150
Focused visits for medication management, symptom updates, and brief supportive guidance.

Longer appointment times allow space to explore the biological, psychological, and lifestyle factors that influence mental health.

Healing is not about becoming someone new, but about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have been buried under stress, loss, or overwhelm.
